John is Always Working ........ Out !
Here is John on the treadmill getting his miles in for the day. I had a hard time taking his picture because he was running so fast! We all want to workout like John.
After his workout it is on to checking the equipment. Once a week we do a detailed check on the engine (a "B" check) to make sure that everything is working as it should.
